Welcome to BraidAura. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

BraidAura Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked online through our Wix booking system or in person.

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment within this timeframe.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged to the card on file.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may affect future booking privileges.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may incur a $10 late fee or result in appointment cancellation if time does not permit completion of the service.

Deposits for cancelled late appointments are non-refundable.

4. Hair Preparation

For best results, clients must arrive with hair freshly washed, fully detangled, and properly blow-dried straight.

An additional $30 fee may apply for detangling or blow-dry services if required.

Please avoid booking appointments on the same day as a flight or work shift, as service duration is an estimate and may vary depending on hair volume, head size, and length. We prioritize quality and do not rush services.

5. Payments

Payments are accepted via cash or Interac e-Transfer.

All Interac e-Transfer payments must include applicable tax.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment within the allowed timeframe.

6. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

We kindly encourage clients to communicate any concerns or desired adjustments during the appointment so corrections can be made immediately.

We value both positive and constructive feedback, as it helps us grow and improve our services.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform us prior to your appointment of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise the health or safety of the client or stylist.

8. Liability

BraidAura is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing hair or scalp conditions, failure to disclose relevant information, improper aftercare, or failure to follow stylist instructions.

9. Photos & Social Media

With your consent, photos or videos of your hairstyle may be taken and used for marketing purposes on our website and social media platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

BraidAura reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will apply to all future bookings and will be posted on our website.
