Cancellation Policy

BraidAura – Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING By booking an appointment with BraidAura, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment. 1. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING All appointments must be booked through our official Wix booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected service. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward your final service balance. Final payments are due on the day of your appointment. 2. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY Clients must be 10 years and older to book We currently do not service male clients 3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation is made outside the required notice period. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may affect future booking eligibility. 4. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee may be applied, or your appointment may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability. Clients arriving excessively late may forfeit their deposit. 5. HAIR REQUIREMENTS For best results, clients must arrive with hair that is: Clean (washed within 2–3 days) Free of heavy product buildup Fully detangled Properly blow-dried straight (or blow-dry service can be added for an extra fee) Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long. If your hair is shorter, please inform us prior to booking, as additional steps or fees may apply. 6. STYLE CHANGES All service selections must be confirmed prior to your appointment. Same-day major style changes are not permitted. 7. PAYMENTS We accept cash and e-transfer (preferably cash) or other approved payment methods listed at booking. Deposits are required to secure appointments. All final balances must be paid in full before or at the end of your appointment. 8. HAIR & SUPPLIES Braiding hair may be provided depending on the service. Clients are responsible for purchasing human hair or specialty hair unless otherwise stated. Clients purchasing hair independently must ensure it’s enough for their chosen style. Clients booking services that include hair are expected to have hair purchased at least 1 week before the appointment
